What if I don't find the size roll i'm looking for on your website?
We have the ability to obtain more specialized / custom rolls. Please call us at 1 877 971 1010 to discuss your needs.

What is your standard shipping time?
Orders received by 1:00 CST generally ship the same day. Please allow 2-5 days for delivery.

Do you offer discounts for bulk pricing?
We do. Most of our products have discounts for bulk orders on a drop-down menu when ordering. If you would like to discuss further discounts for orders larger than the ones we have listed, please contact us.

How do I measure my paper roll?
Measure the width of the roll. The most common widths are 3 ⅛” and 2 ¼” though there are other paper width sizes. The second measurement necessary is diameter. This is taken by measuring the roll from edge to edge while going through the core. With the width and diameter we should be able to determine the exact product you’ll need.
