The Epson TM-U675 is an impact printer
Use bond paper — not thermal.The Epson TM-U675 prints by striking an ink ribbon against the paper, so it needs plain bond paper (single-ply, or 2-ply carbonless for duplicate tickets). Thermal receipt paper has no ink and will print blank in this machine. If you've been getting faint or blank tickets, the wrong paper type is the usual cause.
Ribbon note. The Epson TM-U675 uses the ERC-32 ribbon, which we don't currently stock — call 1-877-971-1010 and we'll source it. The bond paper above is in stock and ships today.
