Common questions

What is continuous computer paper? −
It's fanfold paper with pin-feed (sprocket) holes down both edges, used by dot-matrix and line-matrix impact printers. Multi-part versions are carbonless, so one pass prints an original plus copies. It is not thermal — these printers use a ribbon.
How many parts (copies) can I get? +
We stock continuous carbonless up to 4-part (an original plus three copies). Many industrial printers are rated higher — each printer page lists that model's OEM copy rating. For 5-part or more, call 1-877-971-1010.
What's the difference between 9½" and 14⅞" green bar? +
9½" fanfold fits narrow-carriage (80-column) printers; 14⅞" green bar fits wide-carriage (132/136-column) printers. Wide-carriage machines take both. Our green bar is 1-part.
Do these printers use a ribbon? +
Yes — they're impact printers, so they need a ribbon as well as forms. Call 1-877-971-1010 for the ribbon that matches your printer.
